You can enjoy the advantage of our fully furnished feel good apartments. With us you will find all the amenities of a private atmosphere. All apartments have been extensively renovated, refurbished and furnished with comfort in mind.

From now on you have the possibility of making use of our monthly all-round carefree package. This includes the following weekly services.
- - Thorough cleaning of your apartment, as well as linen and towel change.
- - Grocery shopping service (according to your wishes). Everything has been placed in either the fridge or the cupboard waiting for yoir return home.
- - Dry cleaning drop off and pick up service
- Apartment Type S 150,00 € Prices incl. V.A.T
- Apartment Type M 200,00 € Prices incl. V.A.T
- Apartment Type L 250,00 € Prices incl. V.A.T
All services from our all-inclusive package are also individually bookable for you.

Facilities & Services
Facility / Maintenance services
Our friendly facility manager is available workdays from 8.00 am - 2.00 pm and by appointment.
He will gladly take care of routine repair works..
Housekeeping / Cleaning services
Our trustworthy, reliable cleaning ladies will keep your apartment in tiptop condition and they are also flexible in meeting your schedule. They are also happy to take care of your laundry and ironing.
Grocery shopping delivery services
Tight schedule....no time to go shopping for groceries. If there is anything else we can do to help please let us know, we will be happy to work something out with you.
Change of residence
If you feel you need a different sized apartment or just a change of scenery, no problem
we can change that for you. You can simply move to one of our other apartments for no
more than the cleaning fee.
Bicycle rental
If you are thinking of going for a short bike tour or would like a bike for everyday commuting we have a few modern bicycles available for a small fee. There are many interesting sites and scenic areas that are easily reachable by bicycle and If you are looking for a day out we have many lovely cycle tours around Krefeld. We would be happy to make suggestions and supply you with detailed information.
We have a heart for dogs
Your four legged friend is welcomed by us with open heart. You and your four-legged companion will love Krefeld with plenty of forests and areas where your dog can run off the leash. On request we can provide you with a dog pillow, a drinking and a feeding bowl.
Help with registration and immigration
You do not speak any German and need to register in order to be able to start working here and open a German bank account. No problem! We are more than happy to accompany you and help with any registration or immigration formalities necessary.
